I have been using Entourage on my MacBook Pro (Leopard) at work for about three weeks now. I have had folders and e-mails located in my Cabinet disappear without a trace. I am current on my updates. What would be causing this? I am set up using Exchange. The others on my team who use Entourage are still using Tiger. Is it a Leopard issue? Anyone have any advice on how I can prevent this from happening in the future?

Are your messages still on the server? If so then you may need to empty
your local Exchange cache and let Entourage resync your folder(s).

If you see this in just one or a handful of folders then right-click or
Control-click that folder, select Folder Properties and click the Empty
button to empty the cache. You can also select the account itself and
empty the cache for all of your folders.

Hope this helps!
