Hi,

I am using a G4 laptop, with Office X and using Entourage X Service
Release 1 version 10.1.6.

I have an email which is in my sent items which I can't delete.

It has no 'send to' name or from and neither a date.

The subject is 'Sign-Up.to' I habe tried to delete it but it says
that their is not enough memory.

I am after guidance in;

1) How to delete this email?
2) Is it an email I need to be concerned about ie SPAM?

regards

Gaz

Hi,

what kind of e-mail account are you using? If it is an IMAP account,
ctrl-/right-click the Sent Items folder in the folder list and repair the
message list. If that doesn't make the message disappear, choose Empty Cache
from the contextual menu that you get when you ctrl-/right-click the folder.

If none of these methods help, post back and give us more details.

BTW, this does not have anything to do with spam or malicious programs; this
is most likely an e-mail message that somehow got stuck in your Entourage
database.
