This feature isn't built into Entourage. There is a free script that
provides this functionality. Get Paul Berkowitz's "Duplicate Calendar
Events" script.

It seems to me that this basic functionality should be accessible by
Option-dragging an event to another date, as well as by a menu and
contextual menu item. If you agree, feel free to send the feature request
to Microsoft. In Entourage X, go to Help -> Send Feedback on Entourage.
