Hi everyone. I get a lot of emails from businesses that I don't wish to
keep in my address book. These emails are usually in html format and
contain pictures which do not download. I realise I am able to do this
by clicking the "Download pictures" button at the top of the email and
that if these email addresses were in my address book, the pictures
would download automatically. I have tried using the "Mailing List
Manager" without success. I think this is how I should go about it, but
can someone please take me through it step by step. Or is there an
easier way to do this. TIA, Dan

Hi Dan.
As George Bernard Shaw said: "I often quote myself. It adds spice to my
conversation." So here's what I wrote about his topic a few months ago,
and this should solve your problem.

Go to Tools>Junk E-mail Protection, then to the tab section "Safe
Domains". You'll find an empty field where you can enter domains that
you think are safe. Do this by adding the bit behind the "@" symbol in
the e-mail addresses to the Safe Domains list. Entourage will
automatically display the HTML content of e-mails that are in your safe
domain.

Hi Michel, Thanks so much for your reply. Unfortunately your method
does not work for me as I use SpamSieve to filter my Spam Mail. I
therefore have my built-in Entourage Junk Mail filter turned off (as
directed to by the Spam Sieve manual). With the Entourage filter turned
off, it's Safe Domain panel is ghosted. Does anyone have any other
suggestions? TIA, Dan
