Have you been working in the Tasks view in Entourage? I'm not a heavy user
of tasks, but I do have a handful that run daily as well as periodically in
the future (oil change, city sticker, things like that).
If you go to the File menu, you'll see "Task" as a submenu of "New." You can
assign each task a start date, a due date, and a reminder date. You can also
categorize and prioritize.
In the Task pane (just like the mail view or the calendar view - you can
switch between them in the upper-left-hand corner of the main Entourage
window), you can view all of your Tasks and sort them by Due Date.
