If you create the mail in Word and then send it from there (using File >
Send To > Mail Recipient (as HTML)), then it should work.
If you copy and paste text from Word into Entourage into either a message
composition window or a signature window, only properly formatted links with
the
http:// prefix will be clickable on the receiving end. Links not
formatted that way and links with custom display text (like "Click here?")
will probably not be clickable in Entourage. Unforunately, there's not much
you can do other than use full URLs in this format:
