Check out the Rules section on the Entourage Help Page:
<
http://www.entourage.mvps.org/rules/basics.html>
First step is to use the Mailing List Manaer (MLM) to manage your list mail.
If you have a message open from a list, the MLM will automatically enter the
info. This feature also applies to creating a rule.
After you have set up your MLM, set your Junk Mail Filter for preferences.
Then for remaining mail, you will need to set up a rule. Note if you want a
rule to run on the MLM mail, then you will need to set the option to allow
rules in the MLM. Same feature applies to creating a rule.
There are lots of examples in the Rules section. Using Categories really
helps to create simple rules.
If you need any help creating a rule, just ask.
Hope this helps and welcome to the Mac.
