Complex HTML - Entourage

To Whom It May Concern:

I am not able to send out email that contain complex HTML (i.e.
eNewsletters) from Entourage. I am using a Mac with the Leopard operating
system.

I can sometimes receive them, but I cannot compose or forward them.

Is there anything that can fix this or allow me to perform this task?

Create a new User in System Preferences and test there with a new Entourage
Identity. Does it fail there?

Hi Jennifer!

Entourage does not support composing complex HTML. You can compose your
message in Word and then use its File --> Send To --> Mail Recipient (as
HTML)... This will give you the appearance in the new E-mail message
that you're after. Keep in mind that once it's in your Entourage message
you won't be able to edit the contents.

To forward a complex HTML message use the Forward as Attachment command
rather than just Forward.
