Take a look in Tools/Account/usual account/Edit/Options
Do you see anything in "Additional Headers"? Delete it.
If that doesn't help, note all the settings for that account, then delete it
(in Tools/Accounts window) and make a new one, without using the assistant,
replicating the same settings.
