It's an unfortunate limitation of Entourage's Exchange Server compatibility
that category information is not synchronized to the server and is thus not
viewable when accessing your Exchange account via other methods.
Be sure to send this feature request to Microsoft. In Entourage X or 2004,
go to Help > Send Feedback on Entourage. Otherwise, click on this direct
