I have JMF turned on and junk mail goes to a folder on the server. The
problem is when I delete individual junk mails, they momentarily disappear
but when I click on the folder again, I still see them. "Hide IMAP messages
marked for deletion" box is checked ?.

You might be better off sending Junk mail to a local Junk folder and
deleting the original - do this by rule. You might be better of having
Deleted Items folder instead of "Hide IMAP messages marked for deletion."

How do I do it with a schedule? Options there are very limited. For
example, none of the available actions work on IMAP folders.
