Is there away to block email from foreign domains? That is where the vast
majority of my spam is coming from.

You sure can create a filter in Entourage to rteat mails from foreign
domains as spam, but if you really want to block them (meaning: make
sure they never get in your mailbox), it has to be done on the Mail
server itself.
