Sure, create a rule "any recipient contains @domain.com then is junk"

I was wanting to prevent these messages from even entering my system. I
already have them coming in as junk but I receive over 400 junk mails a day
and I still have to scan them for a possible clients e-mail. I just want to
block certain domains completely to reduce the amount of junk I have to scan
through.
Thank you for the response.

You'll need to set up a server-side filter to do this, then. Entourage
cannot do this for you.
