MobileSync from Salling Software will synchronize Entourage with a limited
number of Sony Ericsson phones as well. The supported device list is on the
page.

Like Sam said, Palm-based mobile phones should synchronize with Entourage
using the Handheld Synchronization conduit.
In addition to the PocketMac software, they also now produce a Phone Edition
that will synchronize Entourage data with select Windows Mobile smartphones.
If you go to the PocketMac site and select your device from the pop-up menu
(it might be under the regular Pocket PC or Smartphone category), you will
be presented with the appropriate synchronization software.
