No way to fix it now that your e-mail address is out there. You'll have to
change your address if you want to stop spam. No problem using Entourage to
read newsgroups except that is is a rather simplistic newsreader. You can
certainly provide a fake e-mail address on your posts with Entourage. You
might also consider a better spam filter than the one that is embedded in
Entoruage, perhaps SpamSieve (
http://c-command.com/spamsieve/).
