After Sending, Move To Tool...

Entourage 2004 had an option via a tool icon to move a message to a folder after you send it. I do not see that tool available in the customize tool kit but only in the top menu.<br>

Not as handy. Any suggestions? I can alway create a Quickey.

I've seen many others request this. Be sure to let Microsoft know you'd
like to see this feature come back by using the Help --> Send Feedback
mechanism in any Office application.

Thanks, Bill. For some strange reason, that tool now has appeared in the Entourage Tool Bar as a small blue folder with an arrow pointing to the right.

Any idea how that happened?

PS: Attempted to paste a small picture of it in this reply but could not.

Oops, I kind of goofed. The "Move" tool is available in reading messages but not in sending, replying, or forwarding. So, I'm using a QuicKey.

You can create an Outgoing Rule to move messages after sending.

This is a vital function for me - i always used the After Sending, Move To Tool...button to select where a message would be filed after I send it - now I have to go all the way up to a menu and down to a selection.

This is takes us backwards.

Please everybody use the feedback function
