I have successfully connected to my email and my calendar on Exchange
Server 2000, but my contacts are not under the Entourage Address Book.
I have an all but non-existant IT guy who hasn't given me the LDAP or
Free/Busy server addresses yet. (After 4-6 weeks!) Is contacts
syncing with the Address Book connected to those settings?

You mean the global address book or your own ??

The global address book is queried through LDAP. Depending on the
configuration on your network, setting this up could be tedious... You
probably need the infromation from the IT guy :-\
