where to download the companion CD of the book 'Programming the Microsoft Windows Driver Model (2nd Edition)'

I failed to buy this book and companion CD in my country. Where to download
the companion CD. Notes: it must match the SECOND edition of this book.

Too bad. This is copyrighted material. Even though Walter only get about
$2.50 per book sold, he deserves to get paid for his work.

Hmm. There is no MS Press distributor in China

and no Amazon.* branch. a telltale fact...

Isn't Hong Kong a part of China or least since 1997 or so? That still
doesn't justify theft.
