How to not show "Hardware Installation" Dialog when install driver?

Hi all,

When i use command line "devcon install mobicap.inf mobicap" to install
driver, it displayed a dialog to ask user for installing. I want to control
this?

How to build a digitally singned package for that driver?

Look at HCT and WHQL on microsofts website. You need to run the HCT
tool on your device, and submit the test logs to Microsoft to get .cat
files.

Once you have these with your drivers and infs, Windows will stop
popping dialogs.
