hello,
our company makes termal printers. It can works across serial, paralel or
last version is in USB. When I connect the usb printer Windows find a new
hardware and I must specify the location of drivers but then appears a
message "hardware can not be installed because assistant doesn't find the
necessary software"

What exactly is the message on the *english* version of Windows?
May be "this location does not contain information about your device"?

> the message is in english. It seems some file/s are not present but if I try to install manaully it's succesfully. I think there are some diferences between the driver for USB device and not USB device.
do you have any information about it?
