MSDN Universal subscribers can download the ddk from the MSDN site.
For the price of shipping, Microsoft will send you the latest DDK. If
you mean you want a free ddk, sorry, this is copyrighted material and
Microsoft no longer makes it available as a free download. However,
the second alternative: cost limited to shipping charges, seems
remarkably reasonable to me considering that the latest DDK contains
the entire toolset required for building Windows components from the
kernel up to and including user applications.
