Hi,

I have a MIPSII device with a WinCE 5.0 image flashed made by using
AMDDBAU1100MIPSII BSP.

What I like to know is how do I connect to this device using platform
builder. This device has two serial ports, couple of USB ones and a
Network port.

I gave an ip address and connected a back to back cable to my host pc
which has platform builder hoping that it would send bootme packets to
my pc containing platform builder. I couldnot see anything. FYI the ip
addresses in the host and the device are under the same subnet.

I want to debug my driver and application in the platform builder just
like I would do with a cepc machine.

Can any one suggest me regarding this. If its not possible with
platform builder, then how it is done.

Thanks in advance
Srinivas

I suggest you try microsoft.public.windowsce.platbuilder.

It is certainly possible to debug a CE device over a network port, assuming
the support has been compiled in to the image. The platbuilder group will
be able to help you; this group is for Win32 and Win64 drivers.
