Wireless Zero Config

How do I disable Wireless Zero Config when the WLAN PC card is installed
using an INF file or programaticaly?

I do not want to explicitly disable it by going to properties of the
Wireless Connection.

There is no supported way to programmatically disable WZC for an interface.
