is the network redirector just the filesystem driver itself? And a
network provider includes the network redirector and a network provider
library?

I'am a bit confused...

Yes.

No. Network provider is a DLL registered for user-mode use by things like
Windows shell (Network Neiboughrhood window and Map Network Drive toolbar
button) and NET.EXE command.
