This is not a reasonable request. The NT-based systems do not have the
concept of a "virtual display driver", and even if it did, it wouldn't work
in the way you describe.
This is a perfect example of what *I* think is one of the most common wrong
ways to ask a technical question. You have some problem you need to solve.
Without a full understanding of the problem domain, you think to yourself,
"I could probably solve my problem if I had a virtual display driver," and
then ask how to create that.
If you tell us what problem you are really trying to solve, perhaps one of
us can suggest a practical solution.
