My device is an on board atapi connector,
Master is a Pioneer DVD-RW, slave is a Plextor Combo.
I can see files in that plextor machine,
but I just can't copy data from plextor to south bridge HD.
I found it continuative reset atapi controller.
After adding debug print, I'm sure it's not my driver cause
Reset Atapi Controller.

Anybody encountered this situation ?

New code is buggy code. Unless you can prove that something else is causing
the reset, your driver is probably at fault.

This is a very vague query. If you'd care to restate your problem, with
some more detail, it will probably be easier to help you. Describe your
architecture, and and as much failure detail as you can.

Resets are often used for recovery after a timeout condition. What you
can do is download the free version of the below tool and monitor
command execution time and which driver is sending each request by
turning on the "Driver" and "Delta" checkboxes under columns to
display. This will show you what type of command leads up to the reset,
who sent it, and how long it took to complete.
