Need help with new submission

We are submitting a driver for a modem family in 2003 Server. We are using
the new DTM for the first time, going through a learning curve. So, I need to
know if I am missing anything here. I am taking over for a guy that just
moved to a different department. He couldn't get past this step, and neither
can I.

We have a customer requesting certification in 2003, so we would appreciate
any help possible. If you need more information, please let me know.

In Studio, I click on Explorers. I add a new pool, called SubCon1. I drag
the name T1 (Studio), to the new pool. I right click on SubCon1, and set the
MCU to network/Modem. I back out, right click on SubCon1 and do a reset. I
hit refresh until it says ready.

I click on Explorers, click Device Console, Create a new Submission, Choose
Windows 2003 <next>, In the Catergory, choose Device Submission <next>., In
Logo Program, choose Network/ Modem <next>, Qualification Level, choose Basic
(only option), <next> and get the error "The configuration jobs required to
set up the selected machine pool have not finished".

We followed KB article 934533 several times, and still get the same result.

Try asking on microsoft.public.development.device.drivers.dtm.
