I'm absolutely sure that Presario's BIOS allows you to boot off CD drive.
Then take the Windows installation CD (they are all bootable since IIRC
some service pack for NT4), insert it to Presario, go to its BIOS and enable
booting from the CD.
The rest will be done automatically, and you will see Windows Setup, which
(Windows) will be then installed.
