Console Mode application in WinCE

Dear All,
I need a sample console mode application in WinCE or
WinXP to interact with PnP Hardware
in such a way that commands to the hardware should be able to be issued
from a Text file
and result should be dumped to another text file

Almost every hardware project needs something like this, but you are not
going to be any samples, because every project is different. The word
"command" means something different to every piece of hardware that has
ever been created. What are the "results"? Do you have a driver already?

Remember that there is no real concept of PnP on WinCE, so you aren't going
to find one solution that works for both.

If you need this in short order for a project that is already ongoing, why
don't you send me an e-mail privately? This is the kind of thing we often
do on a contract basis.
