Either check or remove and re-add the reference to crmaddin.dll.
To get to the reference in Outlook, go to Tools > Options > Other > Advanced
Options > COM Add-Ins. When a break has occurred, youâ??ll notice that either
the CRM Outlook Addin reference is missing or is present but the checkbox is
not checked. Sometimes just checking the box is sufficient to restore CRM.
Other times youâ??ll need to click on Remove to remove the reference, restart
Outlook and then re-add and reference. To re-add, go to COM Add-Ins, click
Add and navigate to program files\microsoft crm\client\bin, where youâ??ll find
crmaddin.dll.
