I would like suggestions w/re: to the best software to
use for customer call tracking...where I can document
contact info.; status of client's info.; call discussion
points.

It would be greatly appreciated.

Microsoft CRM will do this for you. How many users do you need it for.

If its for a single user for example you might want to look at something
like ACT!

Hi,
My company is using a product called ieSupportManager. We
downloaded a trial version from the website ( www.iecomputersystems.ie
) and we were really impressed. We use it for call tracking / issue
tracking and to date we are really pleased with what we have
purchased.
