Functionally they are virtually similar. The only real functional
difference is that SBE takes advantage of the built-in SBS fax capabilities.
SBE is also limited on user count.

There is a table in some versions of the V3 Implementation guide (section
20-1) which lists differences between the versions but be warned that it is
incorrect as it states that SBE does not have functionality such as
quotes/orders/invoices.

MS are aware and will be updating it.

Jerome,

CRM 3.0 SBE also installs a new section of the SBS2003 main console MMC.
The section includes two panels, one with a menu of administrative options
and the other with a list of CRM users.

Panel one "Microsoft CRM" includes:
Home, Add Users, Rule Deployment, Customization, Settings, Workflow Monitor,
Workflow Manager, Workflow Export, Workflow Import, Environment Diagnostics,
Deployment Manager and More information.

Panel two "Users" a child of Microsoft CRM includes:
Refresh button
Table of users consisting of User Name, Security roles, Licenses, Account

The licenses entry does not appear to be working in the Tap3 earlyaccess
bits. Only Administration has an entry. This is the user who loaded the
software.

Also, the Advanced Management parent panel does not include a link to the
new Microsoft CRM panel. This looks like a minor bug.

I would include screen shots but have been yelled at in the past for posting
large images to newsgroups.
