Hello,

I have just went through a CRM 3 -> CRM 4 upgrade. The installation
appeared to work, but I can not use the CRM. I get the following error:
"The specified user is either disabled or is not a member of any business
unit."

The account I am using is a domain admin and was a system administrator in
CRM before the upgrade. The user is not disabled in the SystemUserBase
table.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

The resolution to this issue was to switch the application pool from a
domain account to network service.
