When installing MS Dynamics CRM 3.0 i get following error message.

"unable to brows for active directory objects"

Server is a member server
SQL2005 Standard Edition is installed
Server is member of a AD domain.
I am logged in as Domain Admin

Anybody knows what causes this? and how to solve this??

Kind regards

Hi,

Can you access the AD through MMC/snap in/active directory and
computers from the target CRM server??

Hi Stefan,

I have just figured out the problem.
DNS server setting in TCP/IP was wrong and pointing to DNS server which
doesn't hold records for this test domain.

I set 1st DNS server to the DC and it worked.

Thks for looking
Richard
