take customization from one to other cumputer

hello
i did so many cusomiztion on my mc. making active directories and custom forms. now i want these customization on my company pc both have windows server 2003 sp2 sql server 2005 and all the necessary terms for using ms crm4.0.
how can i do this.
and i want to create a table in ms crm database and want to aceess through my custom page to add data in that table. how will i do this.

Hi Rohit,

You can export the customizations from the source machine into an XML file
and import the customizations into the destination system. This can be done
thru Settings -> Customizations. Do remember to publish once you've imported
the customizations.

As for adding custom data, how about creating a custom entity and putting
together a form to key in data?
