Hi Peter,
What you are experiencing is by design. Once the contact is deleted from
Outlook, it will not be synchronized from CRM again.
If you wish to resynchronize these deleted contacts, here's a solution.
Deactivate your local data filters for the contact entity, run the sync to
Outlook, reactivate the filters, and run
sync to Outlook again.
The local data filters are also used when syncing data to Outlook.
Deactivating/reactivating the filters will retrigger a sync of all records
to Outlook.
