In Sales for Outlook at Quotes there is no merge functionality in the actions
menu.

At Acoounts and Contacts there is a merge functionality but when I start
this and choose the Quote template - the merge fields are not recognised?

And in case I do have to start the merge from an Account how can I select
the Quotation I want to print in case there are multiple quotations for this
Account?

Thanks in advance for your help
regards
Leo

The merge functionality is in the File menu listed as Print Quote for
Customer. It makes sense, but it's not intuitive, is it?

Hi Lindad,

a bit late reaction, sorry

This functionality is indeed a kind of hiden

I still have problems with the merge of the address fields
How can I merge both a comapany (name, address, postal code, city) and the
contact person??

I tried to use the adress merge fields but they did not give me any result.

In case the quotation is for an Account I would like to merge/send the
quotation to the first contactperson (or is there a way to select an other
contactperson from this Account?? as a quotation is not linked to both an
Account and a Contactperson)

In case the quotation is for a Contact person I would like to merge/send the
quotation to the Account in attention off the contact person

Thanks in advance for any help
regards
Leo
