Hi all,

After accidentily saving a custom report on our CRM server in the wrong
directory (right under the map 'Sales Reports'), I'd like to remove
this report.

However, when using Microsoft CRM 1.2 Report Manager there is no option
the access the directory Sales Reports in order to delete the report.

What is the right way to do so?

Thank you for replying.

Can you logon to the Crystal APS using Crystal Reports and try to delete the
file there?

I am having the same problem. Even when logging on to the APS you have to go
through Enterprise to find the report but there is no option to delete it.

As a last resort you could always rebuild the Crystal database and start from
a clean crystal db. Then readd your own reports.

You would think that by following the path directly to the file and deleting
the file from the enterprise file stoe that the file would no longer appear
in the CRM report list. But somehow the report name remains in the CRM
report list. Is there a CRM db field that stores this information taht you
know of?

OK. I figured it out. You must use the CRM Report Manager 1.2. Install
this on your server and you can delete the unwanted report. It works.
Thanks for your help.

That is correct, you can use the Report Manager to delete reports, but the
original post was about removing a report in subfolder where you cannot store
reports using the report manager.
