We installed the sales for outlook client on a laptop and then replicated
with the central database without any issues. The new user is a part of the
business unit that owns all the records in the central database. After the
replication there are no records being transferred to this laptop. We tried
replicating a few times with no errors provided but no records being
transferred.

Any ideas appreciated.

Thanks,
Nathan

Hi Nathan~

Check and see if you received any errors within the subscriptions of the
Sales for Outlook (SFO) client. You can do this by opening SQL Enterprise
Manager on the CRM SQL server and then find the Replication Monitor. Within
Replication Monitor drill down through the Publishers folder,
SQLserverName, and finally select the CRMMetaPub. Within the right window
you should see the client subscription. Right-click on the subscription and
select Error Details to view the errors. If Error Details is grayed our
then select Agent History. You may need to check the subscriptions for both
the CRMMetaPub and CRMPub to find the error.

The problem may be that your MSCRMSnapshotShare is not shared properly on
the SQL server. To verify this browse from the client to the SQL server and
check and see if you can access the share. Goto Start, Run, type
\\yourCRMSQLserverName\MSCRMSnapshotShare and click OK. Make sure that you
can access this share and you do not get an error.
