I really don't if this is the "right answer" but I was able to solve this
problem on two different laptops.
If you are running an anti-virus program, close Outlook Client, disable the
anti-virus, re-open Outlook and browse to the CRM folders. With Outlook
still open,re-enable anti-virus. Close outlook and then reopen. You should
be able to access crm. Now if you're not running an anti-virus program, I
am not sure how to solve it.
