I have a problem installing the exchange email router and have followed the
various suggestions all which lead me to adding the .srf mapping in IIS. The
mapping is missing for whatever reason.

When i try to add it manually, however, it just won't let me click on ok. I
have checked and double checked the path to CRMISAPI.DLL but it wont accept
it.

I'm stumped. Any ideas?

If you use the 'browse' button to find the CrmIsapi.dll file, you are
entering the 'long' path to the file. The tech that fixed the mapping for me
had to manually enter the path using the 'short' path.

You can use a command prompt window and walk your way through the
directories by using dir /x and cd to the short name (progra~1) of the
directories untill you get to the directory containing the dll file.

you can also view the contents of one of the srf files in the mscrmservices
directory using notepad and the short path is contained in there - you just
need to change the name of the dll file when you paste the path into the app
path box.

Good Luck.

Bernie.
