Hello everyone,

My client would like to integrate between MS CRM 4.0 and GP 9.0. From my
read on this forum, it looks like we have 3 options to accomplish:-

1. Use Scribe Insight
2. Use CRM/GP Connector : it is not released for CRM 4.0 from Microsoft yet.
It might take about 3-6 months.
3. Develop custom

I wonder if I choose to develop custom integration (option 3), what
componenent I need to use for integration. I am a CRM developer so in my idea
I might need to use CRM Web service to update / insert data into CRM but how
about if I want to update / insert data into GP , how can I do that ? Does GP
have web service I can call same concept as CRM ?

Anyone has experience, please share.
Thanks,
AJ.

you have several choices with GP--
I recommend Scribe. But if you want to do it yourself, try econnect or
Integration Manager. See
