CRM uses a 'single sign' on method.
Unless you change your IE Local Intranet settings, when you access the crm
site, your logged on user profile will be used to log you into the
application automatically.
Since you installed the software as 'Administrator' crm automatically
created the CRM System Administrator, linked to the domain user account you
used while installing the software.
If you go to 'settings' on the main crm menu, then 'business unit settings'
then 'users' - create a new user - you will see you have to enter the users
network profile when you create a new user - which means when they log on
they just access the crm page and they will be automatically logged into the
application.
Hope this helps.
Guy.
