    - View displays wrong value for customized field When adding some fields to an entity and displaying them in default view, some columns in the view shows wrong value. Probably to do with the naming of the new fields. Steps to reproduce 1. add some new integer fields to an entity. Name them â??aâ??, â??axâ??, â??b1â??, b2â?? ("a" = "new_a" and so on..) 2. add them to the form 3. add them to default view 4. open an entity-item and fill in a=1, ax=2, b1=3, b2=4 and save the item 5. check the edited item in the defulatview.     - Not able to open associated records Dear all, I am not able to open associated records in a custom entity. One custom entity is associated with system entity (accounts),when i go to accounts and than opena arecors and than try to open a record of custom entity from there than it wont open(it simply wont double click!!!!!).     - BCM Import Hi, I realize the BCM import is not supported, but I think I've found the main point where our import is failing, and it's holding up the final cutover for my client. I'd love any help you could give us. The current setup is SBS 2003 with CRM Installed with SQL 2000. When we use the data migration wizzard it fails. An in depth SQL trace shows it failing with an error Server Msg 1540 Can't sort a row of size 8557, which is greater than the allowable maximum of 8094. Before that are a number of sort errors but no specifics. At the bottom of the this post, I have posted the actual query that fails. When I remove the very last Order By statement at the end it succeeds. I'm wondering if there is anything we can do to correct this?     - Choosing contact for new case email If I am in a Case and I create a new Email for that case, the To: address is by default populated with the Account associated with that Case. In most cases, the account itself does not have an email address associated with it. Instead of the Account, I would like it to be pre-populated with the Responsible Contact for that Case. I can change this manually, but it requires many steps. 1) Is there any way to customize this behavior so that the Responsible Contact is in the To: field by default? 2) When I click on the "..." button next to To: which brings up the Search dialog, it by default displays all Accounts. When I choose Contacts from the drop-down, it then displays all Contacts across all Accounts.     - CRM3 and Reporting Services not talking to each other... Recently, we moved our SQL databases off the CRM server and on to a dedicated SQL server running SQL 2005 x64. I migrated the databases fine, but not the reports. After I realized my error, I noticed that the reports were deleted when SQL was uninstalled from the CRM box (licensing issues). So I ran the CRM Repair, and reinstalled the reports. Now I can access the reports by going to http://<report server>/Reports, but cannot through CRM. I get the infamous 401: Unauthorized message, and verified that the steps in a few KB articles and technical documents from Microsoft were correct, and they were. The report server is trusted to the CRM server in Active Directory, and the NT AUTHORITY/Network Service and <domain>/<crm server>$ accounts are "Publisher in Microsoft CRM" What am I doing wrong, or how can I rectify this situation?     - Cannot send direct emails - need a reference site i was unable to send direct emails through the CRM, i ran a repair and found several errors so i installed everything from scratch on a clean system. Still i cannot send direct emails from My Workplace in CRM. But i can send emails through the outlook on the client pc.     - Internet Explorer Intermittent Pausing I have stumbled onto a new issue with one workstation using the CRM web client. We have been using version 3.0 of CRM for some time now and it has been working well. This particular workstation had recently been hit with a spyware / spamware program which added a few add-ons (isaddon.dll and iesplugin.dll) and now when CRM is first accessed, it will take 10-20 seconds before the page finally loads. I of course have removed the spyware and all the registry left overs, but the problem still persists. I have even upgraded to IE 7.0 in hopes of curing the problem. There is no network activity and no CPU activity while the browser waits to load. Once CRM finally loads, it works fairly well and then out of the blue, a random screen or button will be slow to operate. I have noticed that the idle time between clicks has something to do with it. If I wait for CRM to load and then quickly close and reopen it, it will pop right up. Close it again and wait for 20 seconds, it is slow to open again.     - Email activity in CRM with embedded images When a e-mail is created fx in Word with one or more embedded images and send as e-mail. If such a mail is tracked in CRM an e-mail activity is created. But the activity isn't shown correctly in CRM. The mail text is shown with placeholders for the images. The images are attached as Image001.jpg and image002.jpg. When clicking on the Remove blocking link I would asume to see the correct e-mail with the images.     - Incoming emails are not tracking I have CRM 3.0 and Exchange 2003. I have email tracking turned on. At the moment I am only using the web client to test the system. When I send mail it creates an activity and adds the tracking token just fine. However, when I reply, the emails do go to the users box and forward to the CRM mailbox, but no activities are created, eventhough the token is in tact. When I test the job after doing my connecting and datalinks it executes properly, however, when I run the job it only does on average 12 successful inserts and 11 failed inserts then gives me an error. based on template ... So what what should I do to enable this functionality
