let' say that I am selecting multiple accounts to change their assignment. I
want to select # 1, 2, and 5. I can highlight 1 and 2 find with the shift key
or control key.
If I try to use the control key to highlight #5 it will not highlight. It
opens a new IE window.
I thought this was something to do with the google toolbar but I have
uninsalled it to test and stil have the same problems. It appears to only
happen in CRM.

Anyone have any ideas?

Jennifer;

I have never seen this behaviour, and for sure holding the CTRL key while
selecting rows works as you would expect from any Microsoft app.
Do other users experience similar problems on their workstations?

Dave
