If the whole CRM folder tree is missing from the folder, then you'll try the
following:

First make sure that hidden files and folders are displayed:

1. Open My Computer
2. Select Tools | Folder Options.
3. Click on the View tab.
4. In the Advanced Settings sections, select â??Show Hidden Files and Folders.â??
5. Click on OK.

Now that hidden files and folders are set to display, enable the viewing of
the CRM folders:

1. Open Outlook.
2. Click on File | Open | Outlook Data File.
3. Browse to â??C:\Documents and Settings\<USER PROFILE NAME>\Local
Settings\Application Data.
4. Select mscrm.pst and click OK. (If the file is missing, you can copy the
same file from another CRM client and copy to userâ??s computer. This file is
not user-specific.)
5. Close and re-open Microsoft Outlook.
6. Confirm that CRM launches when clicking on a folder and that the toolbar
is now present.
7. Remove the reference to crmaddin.dll, restart Outlook and
then re-add the reference to crmaddin.dll.
