I configured mine the exact same way and the same thing happens.
I went on the exchange server and navigated
run exchange system manager
|___servers
|___[servername is exchange2003]
|___queues
|-->dblclick "messages queued for deferred delivery"
and found every email sent to every queue user in there. it appears that CRM
is polling the queue users but not emptying them when it has pulled. Shouldnt it
be exchange pushing the emails to crm or does crm pull from exchange?
58 queued messages and climbing.
"SiEBEN Innovative Solutions", is this the same as your issue?
