Hi,

I require an urgent help!

I am being able to schedule reports using Report Scheduling Wizard in CRM
3.0. However my requirement is that the same scheduled reports should be
available in E-mail to the user.

How do you go about doing this? How do we get the scheduled report snapshots
available in E-mail to the users mailbox.

It will be of great help if anyone can throw some light on this.

Regards,

Biplab

I'm not sure if it is possible to email reports with the CRM Report
Scheduler. I am planning on using the CRM report scheduler for making
snapshots available in CRM but for emailing, I am creating subscriptions in
SQL 2005 Reporting services. If you go to http://{yourReportServer}/reports
you can create Subscriptions for each report that can be emailed in several
different formats.

Hope that helps.

Does this require customizations?

Make sure you specify an email server under the Reporting Services
Configuration Tool.

We are using Microsoft exchange server for reporting. however in the
reporting services configuration tool we can only mention an smtp server
name...therefore the send report option through mail is not comin in
subscriptions
