We have several email templates in our CRM server, most of them are
Global and are viewable by the Organization, the admin is able to view
the list and attach all the templates, but the users don't see the
template list and thus cannot attach them, any ideas why this might be
happening.

We encountered a similar issue when we created new security roles. Even
though we had e-mail template access set to read, we could not see the
templates. We discovered that when you set up a new security profile, the
Business Unit setting (under Business Management) has to be set to "read" at
the organization level. It does not default to that. I'm sure I'll figure
out the logic in that some day <smile>

This solution didn't do it for me. I still have a problem when users are in
the highest BU, they are able to see the email templates. If I put them one
BU lower, they get nothing. How do I solve this?
