I do agree with this requirement, Also need to add few more things.

1. Insert Attachments
2. Insert HTML and creating HTML Base Templates

3. Insert Survery type template
4. Insert Question / anser style template
5. Images insertion with email template,
6. Preview of files, word documents, html etc

I disagree. If you were able to insert attachments into email
templates, then an instance of the attachment would be saved in the
database with each email message sent that was based on the template.
Some of our customers send 10,000 emails a week from CRM. If each
email had a 1MB attachment, the customer's database would grow 10GB
per week. Sending attachments higs storage space, hogs bandwidth and
clutters email inboxes. A much better strategy is to host the file on
your website and include a link to it within your email.

Imran, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 already supports lots of the HTML
functionality you are looking for. Just design your email in your
favourite HTML design tool (Macromedia, etc.), then copy and paste the
output webpage into your CRM 3.0 email template form. Just ensure that
any images you use are internet-hosted and not just locally hosted on
your PC.
